Step 2: Pack the item in its original, unused condition with tags and intact packaging.
Step 3: We’ll schedule a free pickup within 24-48 hours.

Important Notes:

  • Quality Check: Every return undergoes a fair inspection to ensure it meets our “like-new” standards.

  • 48-Hour Damage Reports: Found a missing/wrong/damaged item? Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for instant resolution.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some products (e.g., personalized items) can’t be returned. Check product pages for details.

  • Exchange Time Period: The Exchange will be delivered within 2-8 days from the raised request date.

Refunds Made Easy

Refunds are processed in 1-2 days after we receive your return. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done! Refund amount will be reflecting in your account within 7-8 days

COD Orders?
While we’ll refund the product amount, the ₹49 COD fee helps cover logistics and is non-refundable.
